CFTC Requests Comments on ICRs under OMB Review (Fed. Reg.)

The CFTC solicited comments on multiple information collection requests ("ICRs") that are under review by the Office of Management and Budget ("OMB"). The three ICRs concern (i) conflicts of interest policies by futures commission merchants and introducing brokers; (ii) swap data recordkeeping and reporting requirements for preenactment and transition swaps; and (iii) reporting, recordkeeping and daily trading records requirements for swap dealers and major swap participants. The CFTC's request for comments was published in the Federal Register.

Comments on all three of the ICRs under OMB review must be submitted by March 2, 2016.
