The SEC approved a FINRA proposal to amend the Codes of Arbitration Procedures for Customer and Industry Disputes. The final amendments were published in the Federal Register.

SEC Chair Mary Jo White outlined priorities for the coming year, provided updates on numerous SEC regulatory initiatives and asked the House Financial Services Committee to approve a $2.27 billion budget request for the SEC in FY 2018.
