The SEC adopted rule amendments intended to improve information disclosures regarding acquisitions and dispositions of businesses.

The CFPB extended the comment deadline an additional 60 days on a supplemental rule proposal to amend certain requirements on the collection of time-barred debts. The new comment deadline is August 4, 2020.

The CFTC Division of Enforcement "set forth" guidance for staff to consider when recommending civil monetary penalties in an enforcement action. The guidance will be included in the CFTC Enforcement Manual.
