SEC Requests Comments on Proposal to Consolidate Property Disclosure Requirements for Mining Registrants (Fed. Reg.)

The SEC requested comments on a proposal to consolidate and modernize property disclosure requirements and provide related guidance for mining registrants. These proposed rules will help to align the disclosure requirements more closely with current industry and global regulatory practices and standards. The request for comments was published in the Federal Register.
