Regulatory Agencies Submit Semiannual Regulatory Agendas (Fed. Reg.)

The Federal Register published the Treasury, CFPB, SEC, CFTC, and Federal Reserve System semiannual agendas of proposed rulemakings. The proposed agendas were filed pursuant to the Regulatory Flexibility Act and Executive Order 12866.

Comments on the SEC's proposed agenda must be submitted by July 11, 2016. Comments on the Federal Reserve System's proposed agenda may be submitted at any time during the next six months.
