MSRB Proposes Aligning Trade and Trace Reporting Effective Dates (Fed. Reg.)

The MSRB filed a proposed rule change that would delay the effective date of several previously approved amendments to Rule G-14 on transaction reporting (from May 23, 2016 to July 18, 2016) in order to align that effective date with those of similar amendments to FINRA's TRACE reporting requirements.

Comments on the proposed rule change are due by April 8, 2016.
