SEC Solicits Comment on FINRA Proposal to Change Nasdaq Trade Facility Reporting Fee (Fed. Reg.)

The SEC requested comment on a FINRA proposal to adjust one of the thresholds that are required to qualify for the Media/Contra fee cap under FINRA Rule 7620A. The SEC request for comment was published in the Federal Register.

Comments on the FINRA proposal must be submitted by March 24, 2016.
