SEC Publishes Final Registration Rules for SBSDs and MSBSPs (Fed. Reg.)

SEC's rules governing registration for security-based swap dealers ("SBSDs") and major security-based swap participants ("MSBSPs") under Section 15F of the Exchange Act were published in the Federal Register. These new rules and forms establish a process by which SBSDs and MSBSPs can register with the SEC.
