SEC Issues Technical Corrections to Asset-Backed Securities Disclosure and Registration Final Rule (Fed. Reg.)

The SEC issued technical corrections to the rules published in the Federal Register on September 24, 2014. The corrections revise Regulation AB and other rules governing the offering process, disclosure and reporting for asset-backed securities.

The corrections are effective on November 24, 2014.
