MSRB's Proposed Amendments to EMMA Published (Fed. Reg.)

The MSRB-proposed rule consisting of amendments to the MSRB's Electronic Municipal Market Access ("EMMA") system was published in the Federal Register.

The rule change would add disclosures related to municipal asset-backed securities required under Exchange Act Rule 15Ga-1 ("Repurchases and Replacements Relating to Asset-Backed Securities") to be filed on Form ABS-15G to the list of categories of continuing disclosures that EMMA will accept and disseminate publicly.

While the proposed rule is effective immediately, comments may be submitted by December 26, 2014.
