FINRA Extends Expiration Date of Refund Program to Address Underreported Form U4 Information (Fed. Reg.)

The FINRA proposal to extend the expiration date of the refund program under FINRA Rule 3110.15 ("Temporary Program to Address Underreported Form U4 Information") was published in the Federal Register and is effective immediately.

The program is being extended from July 31, 2015 until December 1, 2015.

Comments may be submitted until April 10, 2015.
