CFTC Solicits Comments on Two Proposed Information Collections (Fed. Reg.)

The CFTC announced two opportunities for public comment on the proposed collection of information regarding requirements relating to registration and regulatory requirements for swap data repositories and risk management requirements for derivatives clearing organizations, respectively.

Comments on the proposal regarding registration and regulatory requirements for swap data repositories and on the proposal regarding risk management requirements for derivatives clearing organizations must both be submitted by March 27, 2015.
