CFTC Solicits Comment on Proposed Information Collection (Fed. Reg.)

The CFTC announced an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of information regarding requirements relating to the registration process for swap dealers and major swap participants.

Comments must be submitted by March 24, 2015.
