CFTC Corrects Typo in Proposed Aggregation of Positions Rule (Fed. Reg.)

The CFTC published corrections to the extension of the comment period for the proposed Aggregation of Positions rule in the Federal Register. On page 2394 of the Federal Register, which extended the comment period of the proposed rule, the heading has been corrected to read "Aggregation of Positions." Previously, it read "Aggregation of Provisions."
