The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency made technical changes to a rule on annual stress testing. The changes are intended to conform the OCC's rule to changes made by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

The CFTC Division of Clearing and Risk granted an extension of no-action relief to the Shanghai Clearing House from registration as a derivatives clearing organization.

The NFA Board of Directors reelected Michael C. Dawley as Chair. Mr. Dawley of Goldman Sachs & Co. will serve a one-year term. The Board also reelected Maureen C. Downs of Phillip Capital Inc. to serve as Vice-Chair.
