CFTC Solicits Comments on Procedural Requirements for Requests for Interpretation (Fed. Reg.)

The CFTC requested comments regarding the proposed renewal of a collection of information for various staff-issued letters. The CFTC is seeking to extend the procedural requirements for three years. Comments must be submitted by February 28, 2014.
