Nadex Registers as Securities Exchange for Security Futures

The SEC acknowledged receipt of a Form 1-N notice from North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. ("Nadex"), to register as a national securities exchange solely to trade security futures products. Nadex filed the notice on September 14, 2026, and under Exchange Act Section 6(g)(2)(B) ("National securities exchanges"), such a registration becomes effective contemporaneously with the filing.
