SEC Sets Meeting Agenda for Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies
The SEC Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies will discuss (i) the first year of Regulation A+ implementation, (ii) recommendations related to the current definition of an "accredited investor," and (iii) a recent SEC proposal to amend the definition of "smaller reporting company." The meeting will be held on July 19, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. and will be broadcast live on the SEC's website.
