SEC Adopts Updates to EDGAR Filer Manual (Fed. Reg.)

The SEC adopted revisions to the updated Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval System ("EDGAR") Filer Manual and related rules. These revisions reflect updates supporting the 2016 XBRL taxonomies and the addition of new submission form types.

The adopted revisions were published in the Federal Register and are effective immediately.
