SEC Final Rule Amendments on the JOBS and FAST Acts Published (Fed. Reg.)

The SEC amendments to the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act ("JOBS Act") and the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act ("FAST Act") were published in the Federal Register. The amendments revise rules related to the thresholds for (i) registration, (ii) the termination of registration and (iii) the suspension of reporting under Securities Exchange Act Section 12(g).

The amendments will become effective on June 9, 2016.
