CFTC Market Advisory Risk Committee to Hold Public Meeting on Derivatives Markets (Fed. Reg.)

The CFTC Market Risk Advisory Committee ("MRAC") will hold a public meeting on derivatives markets on April 26, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The CFTC's notice of the meeting was published in the Federal Register.

The MRAC will examine the following topics at the meeting:

• the effectiveness of end users and other market participants' access to counterparties for transactions, accurate pricing and volume information; and

• the pros and cons of portfolio compression activity in the derivatives markets.

Public comments on the meeting must be submitted by May 10, 2016.
