CFTC Revises Service of Process Rule in Adjudicatory Proceedings (Fed. Reg.)

The CFTC revised the section of its rule that governs adjudicatory proceedings before the CFTC. The revisions consolidate and reorganize the part of the section that governs the manner and completion of personal service and the filing of documents by various means, including by fax or email.
