CFTC Designates NFA as Recipient of SDR Data (Fed. Reg.)

The CFTC authorized the NFA to receive direct electronic access to data maintained in swap data repositories ("SDRs") that are registered with the CFTC. The CFTC Order authorizing the NFA for this purpose was published in the Federal Register and will become effective as of February 16, 2016.
