The SEC approved the registrations of eight Security-Based Swap Execution Facilities ("SBSEFs").

Pursuant to Exchange Act Section 3D(a)(1) ("Security-based swap execution facilities") and Rule 803 ("Requirements and procedures for registration"), the SEC approved the following SBSEFs: 

• Bloomberg SEF LLC
• Tradition SEF, LLC
• GFI Swaps Exchange LLC
• ICE Swap Trade, LLC
• TW SEF LLC
• WEMATCH.LIVE LLC
• tpSEF Inc.
• GLMX Technologies, LLC
