SEC Extends Comment Deadline for Proposals on Disclosure of Payments by Resource Extraction Issuers (Fed. Reg.)

The SEC extended the comment period for the following proposals: (i) new Rule 13q-1 adopted under Section 1504 and (ii) an amendment to Form SD to implement Section 1504 ("Disclosure of Payments by Resource Extraction Issuers") of the Dodd-Frank Act.

Initial comments on the proposals must be submitted by February 16, 2016. Replies to the initial comments must be submitted by March 8, 2016.
