CFTC Requests Comments on Alternative to Fingerprinting Foreign Natural Persons (Fed.Reg.)

The CFTC solicited comments on proposed amendments that would establish an alternative to a fingerprinting requirement which applies to foreign persons under the current registration application. The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking was published in the Federal Register.

Comments on the proposed amendments must be submitted by February 11, 2016.
