Leaders of three digital asset trade associations urged the Senate to bring the GENIUS Act—a bill to create a regulatory framework for stablecoins—to the floor for debate this week.

The SEC's Crypto Task Force announced the panelists for its upcoming roundtable, "Tokenization — Moving Assets Onchain: Where TradFi and DeFi Meet." The roundtable is scheduled for May 12, 2025.
